U.S. Store Terms

These Store Terms apply when you browse this store or purchase a digital supporter package connected to the Saucee World V2 FiveM server (the “Platform”). They supplement the Tebex U.S. Checkout Terms. Tebex is the seller and merchant of record for checkout, payment, taxes, and delivery. If these Store Terms conflict with applicable law or Tebex's terms governing the sale, those rules control.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase contract. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you confirm that you obtained it before purchasing.

A purchase grants the digital item, access, status, currency, perk, or other benefit described on the relevant package page. Packages are licensed, not sold, for personal and non-commercial use on the account used at checkout. Purchases are not charitable donations, investments, bank deposits, or tax-deductible contributions, and virtual items have no cash value outside the Platform.

Review the description, price, duration, renewal status, eligibility conditions, and account requirements before ordering. You are responsible for choosing the intended package and providing the correct FiveM, Tebex, or linked account details. The written package description controls if an image or promotional presentation differs from it.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Currency conversions shown on this site are estimates only; Tebex confirms the final checkout currency, taxes, fees, and payment total. An order is accepted only when Tebex confirms payment. Tebex may decline, hold, or review a transaction under its fraud-prevention and legal-compliance procedures.

Delivery is performed through Tebex using the method configured for the package. Most packages are delivered automatically, but account linking, server availability, or a manual fulfillment step may cause a delay. If a purchase is not delivered within a reasonable period, contact Saucee World V2 support with the Tebex transaction reference. Never send card details to community staff.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable under the Tebex U.S. Checkout Terms. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, selection of the wrong account or package, failure to review a description, loss of Platform access after a valid enforcement action, or loss of access to a third-party service. This does not limit any remedy that applicable law requires. Read the complete U.S. Refund Policy before checkout.

If a package renews automatically, its price and billing frequency will be disclosed before checkout. You may stop future renewals through Tebex Payment History or the cancellation link in Tebex's emails. Cancellation prevents later renewal charges but does not refund a billing period that already began, except where required by law.

A package does not guarantee continuing access to the Platform and does not exempt a purchaser from community standards, technical requirements, or enforcement. Access may be suspended or removed for abuse or rule violations. A ban, suspension, server closure, or third-party outage does not automatically create a refund right.

You must not misuse checkout, exploit delivery systems, attempt fraudulent or unauthorized payments, resell or transfer benefits, impersonate another customer, interfere with the store, evade enforcement, or use purchased benefits to harm the Platform or other users. Suspected fraud or abuse may be reported to Tebex, payment providers, or appropriate authorities.

Saucee World V2 may reasonably rebalance, rename, replace, suspend, or retire digital perks to preserve security, fairness, gameplay, technical operation, or legal compliance. FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, and other third-party services are outside our control and may affect availability. We will not use this section to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Saucee World V2 branding, site content, and original Platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. FiveM and related marks belong to their respective owners, and Saucee World V2 is not endorsed by or affiliated with Rockstar Games unless expressly stated.

The Platform and store are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those protections, Saucee World V2 is not responsible for unforeseeable losses or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

Tebex processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Saucee World V2 may receive limited transaction and account information needed to deliver packages, prevent abuse, and provide support. Community staff will never need your full card number, security code, or online-banking password.

Contact support promptly if there is a delivery or package problem. Payment, billing, unauthorized-transaction, and refund disputes must also follow Tebex's buyer-support and dispute process. Do not file a knowingly false chargeback. Any arbitration, class-action waiver, opt-out right, or other dispute term governing the sale is stated in the Tebex U.S. Checkout Terms.

United States federal law and the applicable law of the relevant state may apply to U.S. customers. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under those laws.
