Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026. Saucee World V2 packages are licensed digital products sold and normally fulfilled immediately by Tebex.
All digital sales are final
The Tebex U.S. Checkout Terms state that transactions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This policy does not remove a remedy that applicable federal or state law requires.
No-refund situations
- You changed your mind after completing the purchase.
- You selected the wrong package or used the wrong FiveM, Tebex, or linked account.
- You did not review the package description, duration, renewal terms, or eligibility requirements.
- You were suspended, banned, or restricted following a valid enforcement action.
- You lost access to FiveM or another third-party service outside Saucee World V2's reasonable control.
- A gameplay, economy, cosmetic, or roleplay perk was reasonably rebalanced to protect the Platform.
- The Platform or a feature later becomes unavailable, except where applicable law requires a remedy.
Delivery or billing problems
If an item was not delivered, a charge appears duplicated or unauthorized, or the delivered package materially differs from its description, contact support promptly. We will investigate fulfillment and coordinate with Tebex where needed. Any remedy remains subject to Tebex's checkout terms and applicable law.
How to request help
- Contact Saucee World V2 through its official in-community support channel.
- Provide the Tebex transaction reference, purchase date, package name, and the correct account identifier.
- Describe the issue and include relevant screenshots or evidence. Never send full card or banking credentials.
- For payment processing, billing, suspected fraud, or a formal refund request, contact Tebex Buyer Support.
Subscriptions
Cancel future renewals through Tebex Payment History or a Tebex subscription email. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund a subscription period that already began, except where required by law.
Applicable United States rights
Consumer rights and available remedies may vary by state. Nothing in this policy limits a protection that cannot legally be waived. The seller's U.S. terms presented by Tebex at checkout also apply and control payment-related refund decisions.
